you might say any evidence? Yes there are 100s of studies prooving that cholesterol and saturated fat clog your arteries. I will explain how.

2 types of cholesterol HDL AND LDL hdl is high density lipoprotein and ldl is obviously low density lipoprotein. Now hdl doesnt do anything towards cancer and heart disease. LDL cholesterol causes plaques to build up in your arteries causing heart disease.

ATHEROSCLEROSIS is the term used for clogged arteries or when there is some plaque in the arteries if you eat meat or any animal products you will have atherosclerosis.  LDL cholesterol above 75mg/dl will give you atherosclerosis this is where atherosclerosis starts to progress but of course its very slow and the more cholesterol you have the faster atherosclerosis develops.

So how does veganism counter act this? Vegan diets have 0 cholesterol now you might think well cholesterol helps with inflamation yes it does but the body does produce its own cholesterol and its not enough to give you atherosclerosis.

Now saturated fat is not reccomended to be consumed upper 21g per day as it can raise your LDL cholesterol and give you atherosclerosis. Meat eating is not healthy neither is dairy and eggs and its not moral either.

Also LDL AND SATURATED FAT feeds some forms of cancers directly and is shown to have a 40% decrease of prostate and breast cancer if you have a vegan diet. This is because cholesterol and saturated fat gets fed to the cancer cells. Also dietary methionine but thats for another article

If you want to go vegan there are plenty of ways of eating while being vegan there are still junk foods like oreos, dorritos etc.

Just be vegan

Why veganism is the most MORAL way to eat

Veganism is getting more and more popular it might be because of the health benefits but also because of the morality.

Morality is very commonly  misunderstood when meat eaters think about it. 'well i need meat to survive' if this was the case it would be morally justified but we don't need meat nor is it moral.

Saying something well if the cow had a good life then its okay. No you still have to murder it and end its life and ruin it because you want some heart diseasing meat.

Saying well if you Kill it quickly its okay. No its not killing and moral don't go together. For example if you had a happy life and then i kill you quickly will you be happy? If anything if you had a good life and your  still not finished it would be even more morally bad  to kill it because it has a good life.

Any sort of killing unless we need to is immoral.  you do not need meat to survive neither is it healthy. The sorts of conditions in these factories are amazingly horrifying. Just think about being born as a cow if your a male you get grinded up and killed. If your a female you also get taken away from your mother raised by yourself with formulas and not the cows milk and raped over and over again the babies born they get taken away and when you can't produce any more milk you are dead.

You get cut up and killed.

What about chickens? If your a male chick you are grinded up almost instantly when you are born for chicken meat this is because noone has the time for you to grow. WELL FREE RANGE no that is just a marketing ploy. Even if it was better you still have to kill them.

Why veganism is the best diet for HEALTH

Veganism is not eating anything that has meat in it or any animal product milk eggs etc. Why is this healthier?

MEAT- High cholesterol and saturated fat. You might think cholesterol raises testosterone but it doesn't according to a study where vegans have the same testosterone as meat eaters. Veganism has no cholesterol. High cholesterol or just eating meat even a little bit will most likely get you over LDL cholesterol over 75mg/dl which is where atherosclerosis starts to develop. (Atherosclerosis is clogging of your arteries) Saturated fat also can clog arteries with cholesterol less than 21g of saturated fat or less is good for health.

It can also promote cancer- All cells need cholesterol to grow we all know this and what does this mean? Well you might think well if vegans have no cholesterol through their diet they get no cell growth. This is wrong we dont get any dietary cholesterol but our body produces cholesterol but not enough to start artherosclerosis. Some cancers directly feed of cholesterol and dietary methionine  which is another point.

There are 2 types of cholesterol LDL AND HDL, LDL stands for low density lipoprotein and HDL is high density lipoprotein. HDL is the 'good' cholesterol and doesn't contribute to atherosclerosis. LDL is the bad cholesterol which causes heart disease and feeds some cancers.

This means that their cells become programmed to suck up LDL cholesterol, which further feeds their growth.''
Some epidemiologic studies suggest a positive association between elevated serum cholesterol level and risk for certain cancer types. Breast cancer and prostate.

''The present study examined the role of cholesterol in the regulation of tumor progression in a mouse model of mammary tumor formation. The results suggest that cholesterol accelerates and enhances tumor formation. In addition, tumors were more aggressive, and tumor angiogenesis was enhanced. Metabolism of cholesterol was also examined in this mouse model. It was observed that plasma cholesterol levels were reduced during tumor development but not prior to its initiation. These data provide new evidence for an increased utilization of cholesterol by tumors and for its role in tumor formation. Saturated fat increases your LDL which then can increase your progression of atherosclerosis and some cancers. LDL cholesterol and atherosclerosis is a linear relationship. So the higher the LDL cholesterol the faster atherosclerosis develops.

''The association between fat intake and several common cancers, eg, those of the colorectum, breast, endometrium, ovary, and prostate, received its strongest support from correlation studies on populations. On an international scale, strong direct correlations were observed between fat intake and incidence or mortality from these neoplasms; several correlations were also observed on a national level and persisted after allowance for major identified covariates'' 

Now people say cholesterol has no relation to heart disease which is just purely wrong any study showing this is funded by the dairy or meat industry and is intentionally made this way.
For example in a study where they took average people and made them eat 2-4 eggs a day they didnt raise their cholesterol. Why? MOST PEOPLE eat way more cholesterol then that in a day or the same this means their cholesterol WONT LOWER AT ALL. They wont do a study where 20 vegan people start eating 5 eggs a day because their cholesterol would skyrocket. 


''Diets rich in saturated fats not only cause obesity and insulin resistance, but the increased levels of circulating free fats in the blood (non-esterified fatty acids, or NEFAs) may also cause beta cell death and may thus contribute to the progressive beta cell loss we see in type 2 diabetes.'' 

In conclusion any non vegan diet will give you a higher risk of cancer and type 2 diabetes.  and almost a 100% certanty of atherosclerosis. It can also cause a heart attack because of the atherosclerosis there will be less blood coming through with each pump and blood clots. Why Veganism is good for the planet, our health and the animals

We eat meat as a good part of our lives, dairy,meat and so on we eat because we ‘need to’ but actually do we? You might think you ‘need’ the new iphone but its only a want and do you need meat or dairy? No you don’t, Heres why
MEAT– Meat has cholesterol and saturated fat. Now you probably heart cholesterol is good for you. No it isnt. 2 types of cholesterol- HDL, LDL.     Hdl or high density lipoprotein is the ‘good’ cholesterol. This helps with inflammation etc. So now you think oh meat is good for us. Well our body produces our own cholesterol which is more than enough. LDL cholesterol or low density lipoprotein is a cholesterol which is bad. Why is it bad?
LDL cholesterol clogs your arteries and raises your serum cholesterol levels which can lead to  atherosclerosis ( clogging of the arteries). LDL cholesterol can also directly feed cancer and cancer feeds of cholesterol saturated fat and dietary methionine.
OPTIMAL LDL TO NOT GET ARTHEROSCLEROSIS (” The normal low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol range is 50 to 70 mg/dl for native hunter-gatherers, healthy human neonates, free-living primates, and other wild mammals (all of whom do not develop atherosclerosis). ”
So your wondering what about saturated what and methionine?
Saturated fat also clogs your arteries and has merely no health benefit for us. Also feeds some cancers. Dietary methionine ” There is direct evidence that methionine restriction leads to selective death of cancer cells versus normal cells ” This is because methionine directly feeds cancer cells.
So your wondering well ok so do you have any evidence? Dr Kim Williams  the first VEGAN President of the American College of Cardiology. Why is this? we have multiple studies and meta analyses that show that cholesterol and saturated fat can cause atherosclerosis and is almost the only BIG factor for atherosclerosis. Research has shown people with atherosclerosis that turn vegan can reverse the build up and can stop the atherosclerosis
How much cholesterol is too much? Anymore than 75mg per desilitre is enough to start atherosclerosis to develop. How to not get cholesterol? VEGAN DIET. Also it is linear relationship between cholesterol and atherosclerosis the more LDL cholesterol the faster atherosclerosis develops
HOW TO AVOID THIS? VEGAN DIET NO CHOLESTEROL and very low saturated fat anything below 21g daily is good.
COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS
BUT IM A OMNIVORE
no your not carnivores and omnivores don’t get artherosclerosis and you do
We have teeth and intestines of a herbivore
BUT WE HAVE CANINE TEETH
to eat nuts and carrots and other hard foods
WE ARE DESIGNED TO EAT MEAT
no were not no evidence for this
WE HAVE ENZYMES TO DIGEST MEAT
no we don’t we have a specific enzyme to digest protein
BUT BACON

soy milk, plants
ANIMALS ARE NOT INTELLIGENT
pigs are more intelligent then dogs then why dont you eat dogs?

no they don’t have a central nervous system neither are they sentient to any extent
MORAL JUSTIFICATION– There is no need to kill animals We dont need them for ‘food’ or protein that causes heart disease. No moral justification to kill them and enslave them for no reason just to kill them and get heart disease. You might say well i need protein no you don’t need cow protein plant proteins have a complete amino acid profile of leucine etc.
Look at vegan gains does he look like he doesn’t get enough protein?

deforestation is a major problem. 91% of deforestation is for animal agriculture when we could use a space of a quarter of africa to feed our whole population with plants. But we have more area then that for plants to feed animals also the slaughter houses etc which is  HUGE area just for animal agriculture. Since the Industrial Revolution, human sources of carbon dioxide emissions have been growing. Human activities such as the burning of oil, coal and gas, as well as deforestation are the primary cause of the increased carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere.
See deforestations and 91% of deforestation is because of the animal agriculture. We don’t need animals to survive or thrive.
